Track your parcel
01Enter the number
Your tracking number is in the dispatch email we send on the day the parcel leaves the warehouse. Paste the whole string — including any letters in front of the digits — and the scan history appears below.
Paste the number exactly as it appears in your dispatch email.
The lookup is run by 17TRACK, which reads scan data straight from the carrier networks we ship with. It stores nothing about your order: the number you paste is the only thing it needs. If the parcel is on a route where the carrier does not share scans, the tracking will stay quiet — Shipping & Delivery explains which routes those are.
Where to find your number
02Three places it lives
Your dispatch email
The number sits under the order summary in the message we send when the parcel leaves us. Copy it in full — a partial number returns nothing, and the letters at the front matter as much as the digits.
Your account orders page
Open the order in your account and the same reference is listed against the shipment, so you never have to dig through an inbox.
Ask us
Cannot find it? Reply to any email from us with your order number and we will send the tracking reference straight back, usually within 24–48 hours.
What the scan stages mean
03Reading the history
Carriers word these differently from network to network — a parcel can be "in transit", "processed" or "departed facility" on three different pages and mean the same thing. What follows is what each stage actually tells you.
Stages are listed in the order a parcel normally passes through them.
| Stage | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Label created | The carrier has been notified and the shipment is booked, but the parcel itself has not been scanned into its network yet. | Nothing — this stage clears on its own. |
| In transit | The parcel is moving between carrier facilities, often through several countries before it reaches yours. | Nothing — watch the newest scan rather than the calendar. |
| Processed through customs | Your local authority is reviewing the shipment. This is the stage that holds parcels up most often. | Wait. Customs sets the pace and we cannot speed it up. |
| Out for delivery | The parcel is on the final vehicle to your address. | Make sure someone can receive it. |
| Delivered | The carrier has recorded a completed delivery. | If nothing arrived, follow the notes below. |
| Exception / returned to sender | Something interrupted the route — a failed delivery attempt, an address problem, or an item held back at customs. | Email us the order number and we will take it up with the carrier. |
When the tracking goes quiet
04Silence is not always a problem
Carrier scans are logged at handover points, not continuously. A number that has not changed for a while is usually sitting between two of those points, and the long-haul and customs legs are the quiet ones.
- Read the newest scan, not the gap since the last one — a parcel that cleared customs this morning is moving, even if nothing has been logged since.
- On international routes, a quiet stretch between the export scan and the import scan is normal rather than a warning sign.
- If the parcel is still in transit and the tracking has stopped moving, email us with the order number and we will open a trace with the carrier.
- If your order carries custom printing, remember the print stage runs before dispatch — the 7–21 business day delivery window starts when the parcel leaves us, not when you order.
Tracking questions
05The ones that come up most
My tracking number comes back as "not found". What now?
A label is created before the carrier makes its first physical scan, so a brand-new number can read as unknown at first. Check that the full string was copied, including the letters, then try again later. If it still will not load, email us the number and we will confirm it against your shipment.
Can you tell me the exact day it will arrive?
No — and be wary of anyone who does. Carriers work to a window rather than a fixed day, and customs can add time on top. Our window is 7–21 business days from dispatch, and if you send us your country and the date you need the jersey by, we will tell you honestly whether that is realistic.
The tracking says delivered, but the parcel is not here.
Check around the property, with neighbours, and at any reception, mailroom or local collection point first — then look for a delivery card. If it still cannot be found, email us within 30 days of the delivery scan and we will work through the carrier claim with you.
Can I track an order without an account?
Yes. The tracking number alone is enough, which is why the lookup above asks for nothing else — no order number, no email address, no sign-in.
Which carrier is my parcel travelling with?
It depends on the destination and the service level, so we route parcels through several networks rather than one. That is also why the lookup above is handled by 17TRACK: it reads scan data from all of them in one place.
I typed the wrong address. Can the parcel be redirected?
Message us immediately. If the order has not been dispatched we can usually correct the address. Once a parcel is in transit we cannot change it, and a redirection then depends on the carrier in your country — contact us and we will set out the options before anything is dispatched a second time.
Sizing, returns and payment questions are answered on the FAQ page, and anything else reaches a person through Contact Us.
Still nothing showing?
Send us the order number and the tracking reference and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
