Processing time
01Orders leave the warehouse
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing the next business day.
Items bought with custom printing take longer, because the name and number are applied to order. The two stages stack. Allow 7–21 business days of print production before the parcel leaves us, and then the standard 7–21 business day delivery window on top of that.

Tracked
On routes that support it
Delivery runs 7–21 business days from the day your parcel is dispatched, not the day you ordered. The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world all sit inside that same window — no destination is quoted a longer one.
Where a parcel lands inside those 7–21 business days depends on the destination country, how long local customs takes to clear it and which carrier runs the route — so two orders posted on the same day can arrive a week apart. If you need a jersey by a specific date, message us before you order and we will tell you whether that is realistic for your country.
Shipping costs
03One threshold, no surprises
- Orders of $78 and over ship free.
- Orders under $78 are charged a flat rate of $6.99 flat per order.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay, so the total is never a surprise.
- We do not add packaging or handling fees on top.
Multiple items in one order ship together whenever possible, so you pay one shipping charge rather than one per item.
Tracking your order
04Follow the parcel
As soon as your order is dispatched you receive a confirmation with a tracking reference. The first update appears once the carrier scans the parcel into its own network, so the reference can sit quiet for a short while before it goes live.
Duties, taxes and customs
05For international orders
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, VAT or a customs handling fee charged by your local authority once the parcel arrives. These charges are set by your country, not by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare parcels at their true value and cannot mark an order as a gift.
When something goes wrong
06Delays, lost parcels, wrong address
My tracking has not updated for days. What now?
Tracking gaps are normal on international routes — parcels often go quiet between the export and import scans. If the tracking stops moving while the parcel is still in transit, contact us with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier.
My parcel is showing as delivered but I do not have it.
Check with neighbours and any building reception or front desk first, and look for a collection card. If the parcel still cannot be found, contact us within 30 days of the delivery scan and we will work through the carrier claim with you.
I entered the wrong address.
Message us immediately. If the order has not been dispatched we can usually correct the address. Once a parcel is in transit the address cannot be changed. If it has to travel again to reach you, message us and we will set out the options before anything is dispatched a second time.
Can you combine two orders into one parcel?
If both orders are still unprocessed we can usually merge them. Send both order numbers as soon as possible — once the first parcel is packed it travels on its own.
Need a delivery estimate before you buy?
Tell us your country and the date you need the jersey by, and we will give you a straight answer.
